Pets: $100 per pet (maximum 2 pets). We have a partially fenced yard (it backs up to woods).
Groceries: We can stock the fridge for you before you arrive. Cost of groceries + $35 convienence fee.
Early check-in & late check-out: These we offer for free. Just give us a general idea of your arrival & departure times.
