We do not charge cleaning fees.
We offer a 7% discount for stays greater than 7 days.
Add ons
Pets: We charge a $100 pet fee (maximum 2 pets). We have a partially fenced yard (it backs up to woods). Pets should stay on leash both on and off property for their safety.
Groceries: We can stock the fridge for you before you arrive. Cost of groceries plus an additional convenience fee.
Early check-in & late check-out: These we offer for free. Just give us a general idea of your arrival & departure times in your booking request and we will do our best to accommodate.
